What does it do?

How does it feel?
Soft and light. The silicone sits on your face, the strap holds it, and the lights feel gentle. Keep your eyes closed while it is on. If your skin ever feels hot or uncomfortable, take it off.
How often should I use it?
Follow the instructions in the box. Many people make it part of a few evenings a week, after cleansing and before moisturiser.
Which colour should I pick?
White is soft and bright, black is sleek, blush is pale and pretty. The light colours are the same in all three.
What is in the Gift set and the Glow Ritual?
The Gift set is the mask plus a gold heart set: a heart necklace, bracelet and anklet in gold-plated stainless steel. The Glow Ritual is the mask, the gold heart set and the V-line band. Lift and Glow is the mask and the V-line band.
What is the V-line band?
A small white EMS band that sits under the chin and along the jawline and sends a gentle pulse. A massage for the end of your ritual. It recharges by USB. Not for people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.
Is the gold heart set real gold?
No. It is gold-plated stainless steel.
Can I use it if I am pregnant or have a skin condition?
Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, epilepsy or a sensitivity to light, or take medicine that makes your skin sensitive to light.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 20 November for the best chance. It ships within 3‑10 business days and arrives within 11‑24 business days of your order. You can follow the parcel with the tracking number we email you.
Can I send it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her address as the shipping address at checkout, and we email the tracking number to you.
Why does it ship from China?
Our fulfilment partner's warehouse is in China, close to where the mask is made. That keeps the price down. Every parcel is tracked the whole way.
Will I pay customs, duty or GST on delivery?
No. The price at checkout is all you pay. Shipping is free.
What if it is not for me?
Email us within 60 nights of delivery with your order number and a photo of the mask. We refund the full price and you keep it. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we replace or refund it, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. See the returns and guarantee policy.

Yes, until it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number and we cancel it for a full refund.
How can I pay?
